In the Balance

It is said that there are no atheists in the trenches, and the same can probably be said for civil libertarians. If an unconstitutionally illegal arrest based on zero probable cause could have prevented any of the recent terrorist attacks, even a card-carrying member of the American Civil Liberties Union would have been hard-pressed to object.
