Judge Changes Venue in Wrongful-Death Suit

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge recently transferred a mother's $10 million wrongful death lawsuit against the Palmdale School District from the Lancaster judicial district to the Van Nuys branch, noting that no civil trials have been held in the Antelope Valley court for a decade, according to the mother's attorney.
