EEOC sues educational technology company for retaliation

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit against an educational technology company, IXL Learning Inc., alleging that the company fired a transgender man after learning that he wrote a post on Glassdoor.com warning prospective employees that the company isn't friendly to workers with non-traditional lifestyles.
