Cardenas Acknowledges Using Bad Judgment
A retired Orange County judge accused of abusing his authority to benefit friends and relatives admitted during a San Francisco hearing that he used bad judgment in some cases, but he claimed the errors amounted to a "tiny fraction" of his 20-year career.
