El Toro Battle: Orange County Must Pay Fees

SANTA ANA - The 4th District Court of Appeal in San Diego has ordered Orange County to pay $474,000 in attorney fees to two groups fighting an airport at the former El Toro Marine Base. Lawyers said the reimbursement will help fund airport opponents' fight to uphold the recent passage of Measure F, the anti-airport initiative that is mired in litigation.
