Prop 30 Clash
Vote "no" on propositions 30 and 31. A "no" vote will block a plaintiffs' bar plan that would drive up insurance costs, discourage fraud investigations, force the courts to implement a peculiarly pro-lawyer arbitration scheme and give uninsured drivers a new opportunity to sue the insurance company of drivers who are abiding by the state's financial responsibility law governing motorists.
