Reed Smith LLP provided counsel to Compton-based Arden Group Inc. in its all-cash sale to global investment firm TPG Capital LP for approximately $394 million.
Arden Group is a holding company that's parent to Gelson's Markets, operator of 17 southern California specialty grocery stores.
