State Bar plans to seek bids for lobbying services
The agency's two contracts for lobbying expire early next year, though for now just one will be going out to bid.

The State Bar, which failed to secure legislation to fund the agency in 2017, will soon issue a request for proposal for lobbying services.
The bar currently has two contracts with outside lobbyists worth a combined $258,000 annually that are set to expire at the end of January.
