Former Glendale Municipal Court Commissioner Dona Bracke, who was fired last December after seven years on the bench, has filed a federal wrongful-termination complaint against Los Angeles County and Judge James R. Simpson, whom she accuses of retaliating against her when she refused to "fix" traffic tickets for friends.
