Koh nomination hearing clouded by partisan bickering
The U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee held a tense confirmation hearing Wednesday to discuss U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh's nomination to the 9th U.S Circuit Court of Appeals, and took no action.

Amidst bipartisan bickering over mounting vacanies on the federal bench, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee held a tense confirmation hearing Wednesday to discuss U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh's nomination to the 9th U.S Circuit Court of Appeals.
There was no vote taken on Koh's nomination, and no indication of when or if one would take place.
