Dunkin' Donuts defense has a hole in it, can't escape suit

In his summary judgment denial on Friday, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge rejected Dunkin' Donuts' defense argument that it is not responsible for putting a may-cause-cancer label on its coffee because it does not, technically, sell coffee in the state of California.
