LOS ANGELES - Questioning a veteran accountant and affable former burger flipper, lawyers representing thousands of McDonald's Restaurants of California Inc. nightshift workers made their case Wednesday that they should collect a super-sized amount of penalties for an alleged Golden Arches unlawful overtime policy.
