Jury gives JAMS and its neutral victory in fraud suit

A San Diego jury deliberated less than two days before ruling in favor of JAMS and private judge Sheila Sonenshine.

JAMS and private judge Sheila Sonenshine prevailed today against a fraud and false advertisement lawsuit brought by venture capitalist Kevin Kinsella after the neutral had ruled against him on a spousal support issue in his divorce.
