All or nothing decision for jury in JAMS trial

The jury hearing final arguments Wednesday in the trial of a lawsuit against JAMS and private judge Sheila P. Sonenshine brought by venture capitalist Kevin Kinsella must find either both or neither of the defendants liable, the judge ruled Tuesday.
