Judge in JAMS case can't stop rehash of underlying divorce case

Divorce attorneys for venture capitalist Kevin Kinsella and his ex-wife testified Monday in the fraud and false advertising case against JAMS and one of its neutrals, Sheila Sonenshine.

SAN DIEGO — The judge overseeing the trial of venture capitalist Kevin Kinsella's lawsuit against JAMS and private judge Sheila P. Sonenshine made it clear the courtroom would not be a stage to rehash the divorce that began the dispute.

That admonition had little effect on the proceedings, which were to end today with jury instructions and final arguments.
