SF federal judge approves Volkswagen emissions settlement
Volkswagen AG reached the final global settlement with auto dealers and purchasers of vehicles affected by the company's scheme to falsely pass auto emission tests at a hearing Thursday.

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge on Thursday approved a final global settlement between Volkswagen AG and auto dealers as well as purchasers of vehicles affected by the company's scheme to falsely pass auto emission tests.
