Investor's former attorney says he apologized to JAMS neutral for 'difficult situation.'

Vigorous objections by Kinsella's counsel led to dismissal of the jurors until Monday, when the judge will order them to disregard the comment about the apology, said Jerry D. Hemme, of Goode Hemme & Peterson, one of Kinsella's attorneys.

Sonenshine's business ventures and of the divorce of Kevin Kinsella, the venture capitalist suing her and the company for false advertising and resume fraud, testified Thursday that her companies existed, had legitimate enterprises, and that her rulings were reasonable.
