Mistrial, sexism, fraud part of cross examination testimony in JAMS case
As his attorney wound up his case claiming fraud and false advertising by JAMS and one of its neutrals, venture capitalist Kevin Kinsella testified that he believed the private judge he hired to handle his divorce, retired appellate justice Sheila P.
