Federal judge trims damages award in Facebook lawsuit
A few years ago, startup Power Ventures Inc. was ordered to pay Facebook Inc. more than $3 million for violating federal computer anti-trespassing laws. This week, following directions from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a federal judge calculated the total tab to be $79,640.50.
