Attorneys have reached a $26.25 million settlement in a class action against two Los Angeles County companies whose products allegedly caused some consumers to suffer balding, itching and rashes.
Plaintiffs' attorneys filed a memorandum in federal court on Tuesday in support of a motion for final approval of the settlement, which is unopposed by the defense.
