Univision found liable for online parody post
Image on a parody post harmed the plaintiff, but wasn't authorized by a company officer, jury found.

A jury has found that Univision Communications Inc. harmed a woman whose image was posted without consent to Facebook as part of a supposed parody, but declined to grant punitive damages as it could not tie the posting to an officer of the company.
