Rape victim wins $3.5M from Holiday Inn Express

A Kern County jury on Thursday delivered a $3.5 million verdict in a lawsuit against Holiday Inn Express on behalf of a woman who was raped in her room after the receptionist gave a man the key without asking him for identification.
