Plaintiffs seek approval of $51M class action settlement in San Diego

Attorneys filed a motion for preliminary approval of a $51.1 million class action settlement on Monday in U.S. District Court, which if approved by Judge Gonazlo P. Curiel would end almost six years of litigation between a group of condominium-hotel unit owners and the Tarsadia Hotels, A California Corporation.
