Disciplinary Actions
Among attorneys recently disciplined by the State Bar 18 were disciplined following convictions. Of those 18, six were related to driving under the influence, four involved domestic abuse, and two involved theft from an elder adult, Four attorneys were also disciplined for failing to pay court-ordered sanctions.
