State Bar charges OC prosecutor with misconduct

The Orange County district attorney's office believes the charges are part of a political hunt.

An Orange County deputy district attorney is facing possible discipline from the State Bar on charges of withholding evidence in a child abuse case from which a judge removed her as prosecutor.
