California's Commission on Judicial Performance publicly admonished Alameda County Superior Court Judge Tara M. Flanagan on Tuesday for violations of campaign finance laws in 2012.
The commission noted that Flanagan did not appear to have willfully broken the rules of The Political Reform Act, enacted by the state's voters in 1974 as a reaction to the Watergate scandal.<...
