Former UC Berkeley School of Law Dean Sujit Choudhry wants another chance.
Choudhry sent a second request Monday to Vern Paxson, chair of UC Berkeley's Privilege and Tenure Committee, asking the committee to reconsider its denial of his initial grievance letter, sent in April, protesting what he sees as double jeopardy in the wake of sexual harassment allegations.
