L.A. County Board of Supervisors approves $10.1 million wrongful incarceration settlement
The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday unanimously approved a $10.1 million settlement in the civil rights case of Francisco "Franky" Carrillo Jr., who spent 20 years in prison for a murder he did not commit.
