California litigation boutique Valle Makoff LLP opened an office in Silicon Valley Friday.
Timothy A. Miller, a partner who joined the firm from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in February, will head the firm's new office in Redwood City.
