Wilson Sonsini guides Insight deal with E2Open


Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC represented cloud company E2Open Inc. in its sale to Insight Venture Partners. Insight announced the deal had closed on March 26.


Eagle Acquisition Sub Corp., an affiliate of Insight, agreed to an all-cash purchase of the outstanding shares of Foster City-based E2Open's stock for $8.60 per share.
