Trio of firms handle Cypress-Spansion merger


Fenwick & West LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP represented Sunnyvale-based Spansion Inc. in its $4 billion merger with Aliso Viejo-based Cypress Semiconductor Corp., a deal announced Dec. 1.
