It's time to pass end-of-life bill

The California Senate Judiciary Committee recently approved Senate Bill 128, the California
End of Life Option Act. The Committee on Appropriations considered the bill at a hearing
on Monday. With the Judiciary Committee's vote, California took another step toward
providing an end-of-life option to its 39 million citizens.
