Latham, Gibson Dunn handle Siemens deal with Dresser-Rand


Siemens AG, the German engineering and electronics conglomerate, tapped Latham & Watkins LLP to provide counsel on its purchase of Houston-based Dresser-Rand Group Inc. for $83 per share in a deal announced Sept. 24.


The $7.6 billion transaction is expected to close by next summer.
