While at his previous law firm McDermott Will & Emery, Chaikovsky helped smartphone maker HTC Corp. coordinate a worldwide litigation settlement with Nokia Corp. early last year.


Nokia had filed patent infringement lawsuits against HTC in the U.S., the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and France.
