In December, Pulgram prevailed after a tumultuous lawsuit against trademark lawyer Raj Abhyanker, the founder of Mountain View-based LegalForce RAPC Worldwide.


Abhyanker accused Pulgram's client, social network Nextdoor.com Inc., of stealing trade secrets and illegally using the name "Nextdoor."


The website fired back, suing Abhyanker for declaratory relief. Nextdoor.com Inc. v. Abhyanker, CV12-5667, (N.D. Cal., filed Nov. 7, 2012)....
