Dechert tapped for Blackstone Mortgage, GE Capital deal


Dechert LLP represented Wells Fargo & Co. in connection with a $23 billion acquisition of the majority of GE Capital Real Estate. On April 10, Blackstone Mortgage Trust Inc. announced that it agreed to acquire a $4.6 billion commercial mortgage loan portfolio from GE Capital as part of the larger transaction.
