Fujifilm acquires Cellular Dynamics with advice from MoFo


Morrison & Foerster LLP counseled Fujifilm Holdings Corp. in its $307 million acquisition of Cellular Dynamics International Inc., a deal announced March 30. Fujifilm's all-cash tender offer at $16.50 per share is expected to close before July.
