Gibson Dunn, DLA handle Rubicon purchase


Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP represented Los Angeles-based Rubicon Project Inc. in its purchase of San Francisco-based iSocket Inc. and Shiny Inc., a deal announced Nov. 17. Financial terms were not disclosed.


Rubicon, an online advertising technology company, said it would pay less than $30 million, mostly in stock, for both acquisitions.
