Kirkland counsels Clearlake in deal with auto textile supplier

Santa Monica-based Clearlake Capital Group tapped Kirkland & Ellis LLP to provide legal representation as it agreed to acquire Greenville, S.C.-based Sage Automotive Interiors, the second-largest automotive textile supplier in the world, in a deal announced Oct. 9. Financial terms were not disclosed.
