O'Melveny, MoFo advise on $223 million chipmaker acquisition
O'Melveny & Myers LLP advised Fremont-based semiconductor maker Exar Corp. in its $223 million acquisition of Integrated Memory Logic Ltd., a deal announced Sunday.
