Keefe serves as outside counsel for some of Silicon Valley's major technology companies, including social networking giant Facebook Inc.


In an ongoing patent infringement case in which the Menlo Park-based company was named as a defendant, Keefe convinced a judge to exclude two of the plaintiff's expert witnesses, including the plaintiff's damages expert. Rembrandt Social Media LP v. Facebook Inc. 13-158 (E.D. Vir., filed Feb. 4, 2013).
