Pillsbury, Jones Day handle CloudVolumes sale to VMware
Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP represented Santa Clara-based virtualization software developer CloudVolumes Inc. in its sale to VMware Inc., a deal announced Aug. 20.
