Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP Los Angeles Specialty: employment class action defense


In a proposed class action against his client Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc., Simmons felt it was important to note that the restaurant's workers were offered free shoes to wear during their shifts.


It was important, he said, because the plaintiffs contended that Chipotle forced its workers to purchase shoes.
