Miami airport hotel changes hands
Urban Commons LLC has purchased the Ramada Hialeah Miami Airport Hotel for $300 million from an undisclosed seller. Urban Commons announced the deal on July 1.
The hotel is located seven miles from Miami International Airport and includes 254 rooms and 4,000 square feet of meeting space.
