Orrick, Allen Matkins handle California Center deal


The California Center in Pleasanton was sold by a real estate investment trust of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management subsidiary RREEF America LLC to Swift Real Estate Partners for an undisclosed amount.


The center is located at 4400 Rosewood Drive. Starwood Capital Group financed the purchaser.
