Goodwin, Cooley handling Zendesk's planned initial public offering
Goodwin Procter LLP is advising San Francisco-based customer service software developer Zendesk Inc. in the company's planned $150 million initial public offering.
Zendesk registered the offering in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday. Share volume and pricing details were not disclosed.
