In the past year, Haslam prevailed in a matter before the International Trade Commission on behalf of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. against InterDigital Communications Inc., with an administrative law judge finding no violation last summer.


Haslam also resolved all disputes between the parties in a second ITC and companion district court proceeding.


In that case, Huawei and InterDigital agreed to arbitrate issues related to a RAND royalty rate.
