Wilson Sonsini helps Juniper Networks in deal with hedge fund

Sunnyvale-based networking equipment maker Juniper Networks Inc. relied on counsel from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC to help broker an agreement with Elliot Management Corp., a hedge fund that had been agitating for changes at the company since January.
