Panel discusses industry challenges faced by women
Ballard Spahr LLP and the California Minority Counsel Program held a panel discussion and networking event Feb. 10 to explore the issues and challenges faced by women as they work toward leadership roles in the legal industry. The panel included Naomi Young, the managing partner of Ballard Spahr's Los Angeles office; Vivian Yang, the general counsel at CityGrid Media; and Merle Vaugn, the managing director and diversity practice leader at legal recruiting outfit Major, Lindsey & Africa.
