An Orange County lawyer will be suspended from practice for 120 days beginning next week for leaving his 9-month-old daughter unattended in a hotel crib for 40 minutes in 2011.


Bradley Lynn Jensen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor child endangerment and was sentenced to informal probation plus a year of parenting classes. But the criminal conviction triggered automatic review by the State Bar Court...
